Order Process Hours:

Larix business hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm AEST. Orders confirmed before 13:00pm will be processed on the same day, and orders confirmed after 13:00pm will be processed the day after confirmation email sent.

Upon dispatch of your order an automated email with order tracking information will be sent to you.

 

Domestic Shipment

We understand that when you have purchased the beautiful larix from us you would like to get them as soon as possible! To perfect your experience with us, Larix offers FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY to all of our customers Australia wide for all orders over $100. Your package will arrive 1-3 business days after you receive our order shipment confirmation email. 

 

International Shipment

For international customers, Larix ships to all countries via Australia Pack & Track. 

To boost up your shopping experience, and to reward our loyal customers, when you spend more than AUD$350 in one transaction, Larix offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Please note: delays may be incurred as items go through your country's Customs and you will be responsible for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. These are decided on a case-by-case basis by your own government at the point of entry to your country and are outside our control. However, most countries allow Internet purchases below a certain value to be imported free of duty and tax. Our courier company will contact you if you are required to pay any additional fees.
